The Reindeer Trail will meander throughout the Magnolia-Tomball area with promotional opportunities for businesses and prize options for participants. We’re talking about the Reindeer Trail sponsored by the Magnolia Area Chamber of Commerce that begins at Thanksgiving and ends December 9 with the Christmas Parade.
As a business person, you can assure yourself increased traffic if you participate in the Reindeer Trail. All you have to do is pay a $25 fee to cover advertising and a cash prize available to participants. All businesses in the greater Magnolia area are eligible to participate, even if you are not a member of the Chamber. You will also need to provide a door prize to be awarded to someone who has visited your establishment.
Participants can receive a form from any participating business, and those locations will be named in the advertising secured in newspaper advertising. Every business will have a receptacle for placing names and contact information for a drawing. Names will be drawn immediately following the Christmas Parade December 9. Each customer who visits every business on the trail and gets their form validated will be eligible to enter the cash prize drawing that will be awarded on parade day as well.
Gullo Ford-Mercury is working cooperatively with the Magnolia Area Chamber of Commerce to help members with their major fundraiser this year. Those who purchase a raffle ticket will have an opportunity to win a new Ford Mustang if their ticket is the last one drawn.
A maximum of 1000 tickets will be sold, and the person holding the last ticket drawn in the reverse drawing will soon be driving that new Mustang. Other Chamber businesses are donating prizes for tickets drawn at the 100 incremental stages. Large gift baskets and an iPod with accessories have already been added to the prize list.
